Leading up to and Day of Event

• Meet with Brides to go over all the details of the wedding reception well in advance.
• Coordinate and assist in the music select for the evening.
• Perform the necessary set/up at least one hour in advance.
• Provide a second music system (sub system for cocktail hour) if needed.
• Coordinate special dances, ceremonies and announcements.
• Attend to guests' special needs
